バター　
千切りキャベツ　

Ingredients
Bread
Butter 
Shredded cabbage  

作り方　Directions
トーストしたパンにバターを塗り、ソースを絡めたヒレカツ・千切りキャベツを挟む
Butter the toasted bread, then sandwich pork tenderloin cutlet with sauce・shredded cabbage.

Kinpira Celery 作り方は レシピ「きんぴらピーマン」 と一緒です。 Same directions as The ｢Japanese Style Green Pepper Stir Fry｣ Recipe . 材料 (3人分) セロリ　5本 (160g) 人参　1本 (80g) 胡麻油　大さじ1 砂糖　大さじ1 酒 or 白ワイン　大さじ1 醤油　大さじ1.5 煎り胡麻　お好みで Ingredients (Serves 3) 5 Ribs of Celery (160g) 1 Carrot (80g) 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil  1 Tbsp Sugar  1 Tbsp Sake or White wine 1.5 Tbsp Soy sauce Roasted sesame seeds (Optional) 作り方　Directions ① セロリと人参を細切りにする 　 Julienne Celery and carrot. ② 胡麻油を中火のフライパンで熱し、①を炒める      Put the sesame oil in the  frying pan and heat on medium, add ① and stir fry. ③ しんなりしてきたら、砂糖・酒を加え、汁気が少し残る程度まで炒める      When it becomes soft, add the sugar・sake and stir fry until the sauce is reduced. ④ 醤油を加えて炒め、汁気が残り少なくなったら火を止める      Add the soy sauce and stir fry then turn off the heat when the sauce is reduced. ⑤ お好みで煎り胡麻を加える      Add the roasted sesame seeds (optional)
