スモークサーモンとアボカドのちらし寿司【Smoked Salmon and Avocado on Sushi Rice】

材料 (米3合分)
スモークサーモン 6oz
アボカド 2個
レモン汁 大さじ1
錦糸卵 お好みで
刻み海苔 お好みで
Ingredients (3 cups rice)
6 oz Smoked salmon
2 Avocados
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
Kinshi Tamago which is Shredded egg crepe (Optional)
Shredded Nori seaweed (Optional)
作り方 Directions
① 乾燥を防ぐ為に濡れ布巾や蓋をして酢飯を冷ましておく
Keep the sushi rice cooler with a wet cloth or lid to prevent it from drying out.
② スモークサーモンとアボカドを食べやすい大きさに切る
Cut smoked salmon and avocados into pieces that are easy to eat.
③ 変色防止の為、アボカドにレモン汁を掛ける
Sprinkle lemon juice on the avocados to prevent discoloration.
④ ①に錦糸卵 (お好みで)・スモークサーモン・アボカド・刻み海苔 (お好みで)を乗せる
Put Kinshi tamago (Optional)・smoked salmon・avocados・shredded seaweed nori (Optional) on ①.
⑤ 食べる際、お好みで醤油やわさび醤油を掛ける
When eating, sprinkle with soy sauce or soy sauce with wasabi if you like.
